Missed Deliveries and What to Do  

If our courier is unable to complete the delivery, up to two more attempts will be made. If all three attempts fail due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, the package will be returned to us.  

Should your order bounce back, you may request a re-delivery. However, additional shipping charges may apply. Double-checking your delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive your parcel helps avoid these inconveniences.
